Ramesh Babu Batchu is the Head CM Operations and Legal function of Star Agriwarehousing and Collateral Management Limited (Star Agri). Ramesh is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of qualitative Management experience in Warehousing, Collateral Management, Marketing, Retailing and Supply chain departments.
He joined Star Agri in March 2016. In his earlier role in Star Agri he was Heading Audit and Risk Department and prior to that heading the Business and operations of South India. At present, Mr. Ramesh is responsible for Building Operational efficiency, Customer Service, Cost management and Service Quality in operations. He is also playing a crucial role in framing and implementation of the strategies in legal function.
Prior to Star Agri, he has been associated with a host of companies in the field of Warehousing, Collateral Management and Agri input industry with renowned companies like NCML, DSCL and SPIC.
Ramesh is a Postgraduate in the field of Agriculture with a specialization in Entomology.
