Chief Financial Officer
Shree Hari Lath is the Chief Financial Officer of StarAgri. He is responsible for the financial management and planning of the company.
With over 10 years of experience in Statutory & Tax audits of various manufacturing industries and financial & banking organizations, Mr. Lath has a strategic understanding of issues involved in and around audits, taxation, finance, accounting, banking and manufacturing functions.
In his previous experience, he has worked with a number of Chartered Accountant firms and served as a Finance Controller at a manufacturing firm.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Vice President – Quality & Testing
Yogendra Gupta is the Vice President – Quality & Testing practice at StarAgri. He is focused on building, motivating and managing teams across country with a mindset to build strong relationships with large customers.
With his extensive knowledge and experience, alongside the best quality testing technologies, Mr. Gupta has pioneered new ideas to deliver testing and certification services creating a strong value-add to customers. Under Mr. Gupta’s able leadership, StarAgri’s testing practice - StarLabs has established into a credible brand that is acclaimed in the industry.
Mr. Gupta holds a Master’s Degree in Biotechnology from CMRIMS, Bangalore and an MBA in Operations & Biotech Management from NIM, Pune.
Vice President – Collateral Management
Amit Bansal is the Vice President – Collateral Management practice at StarAgri. He is responsible for handling the operations of the company in collateral management and loan disbursement.
With over 10 years of experience in the Agri input and output sector, Mr. Bansal brings strong expertise in marketing analytics, sales and market development.
General Manager (Operations)
V. Raveendran is the General Manager of StarAgri. An industry veteran, Mr. Raveendran brings vast experience and industry insight to assist in strengthening our commitment of efficient post-harvest operations in the Indian marketplace.
Prior to joining StarAgri, Mr. Raveendran served as a General Manager at the Food Corporation of India (Central Government Public Sector Undertaking) rendering 40 years of impeccable service.
During his career, Mr. Raveendran built and led highly successful teams and delivered strategic direction. In his experience, he has handled different areas of operations like procurement, storage, warehousing, finance & accounts and audit of stocks. He has played a significant role in policy-making and planning at a higher management level.
General Manager - Audit
Raghunath Chabra is the General Manager – Audit at StarAgri.
Mr. Chabra has worked in warehousing management through his entire career, providing advisory services in warehousing and logistics management. He is responsible for the auditing operations - monitoring customer relationships, auditing for process and cost control, auditing to maintain quality and monitoring physical assets.
Chief Information Officer
Naveen Agrawal is responsible for enabling the organization with Information Technology applications.
Mr. Agrawal facilitates process automation by implementing software systems for StarAgri’s innovative business process model. He is responsible for business process modelling, business analysis and in-house software project management and other IT initiatives.
